1. Purpose of Communication

Our text messaging system is used to:

  • Confirm appointments and verify if clients are on their way to their scheduled time.
  • Facilitate rescheduling or cancellation of appointments.

Example if you are seen weekly you will receive one text reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you are seen twice a month you will receive two messages a month each 48 hours prior to your appointment.

We will not use this text messaging system to send promotional or marketing content. Messages will solely pertain to the services outlined above.

5. Data Privacy

Your personal information and communication preferences will be handled securely and in accordance with applicable data privacy laws. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties

6. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan. Check with your provider for details.

7. No Embedded Links or Phone Numbers

Our messages will not contain embedded links or phone numbers unless explicitly required to manage your appointment. We prioritize clear and straightforward communication.

8. Service Limitations

While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier or technical issues.

9. Age Restrictions

Our services are not age-restricted; however, by engaging with us, you confirm that you are authorized to manage your appointments or the appointments of a minor dependent.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our official channels or via text message.
