CEO & Founder of HealU

My name is Amber Gourley, MS, LDN RDN, CLT, PCC & I’m the Founder, CEO, & Lead Dietitian at Heal U, our Holistic Wellness Center where “Your Health Your Way” is our heartbeat.
At Heal U, my team & I like to do things a little (ok, a lot) differently than you’re used to – by actually listening to your story & finding the root cause for why you came to see us in the first place.
Revolutionary, I know.
I’m a functional & integrative dietitian & healthcare professional, licensed in TN, hold a Masters in Clinical Nutrition from East Tennessee State University, have spoken at multiple medical conferences, & am a certified coach through IPEC – recognized by the International Federation of Coaches.
At this point in my career, I’ve helped literally thousands of people decrease their symptoms of anxiety, depression, autoimmune diseases, chronic pain, lack of energy, & a lot more.
Friends & clients who go way back remember me as The Disobedient Dietitian, & TBH, this is still very true!
What I love most about working with clients is seeing the light in their eyes when they come back after their 1st, 2nd, or 3rd session. They’re sleeping better, their mood is better, they have less pain, & they’re simply feeling better.
My commitment to learning & finding answers for my clients extends well beyond the immediate into my continued education from Aviva Romm, a Yale-trained, board-certified family physician with a specialty in integrative women’s health & Datis Kharrazian, a Harvard-trained functional medical health care provider & clinical research scientist.
My primary M.O. is always to empower you.
I believe more than anything that you are unique & that we’ll discover your own unique path to wellness together.
When I’m not working with clients at Heal U, I love traveling, spending time with my family & kids, & am a cat lover!
“You yourself, as much as anyone in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.”
