If you deal with digestive issues, we have a massage therapist who is familiar with abdominal massage and we may recommend sessions as part of your treatment plan.

Lymphatic massage is its own special category & we use it a lot with clients who struggle with their natural detoxification process.
Lymphatic massage allows our therapists to follow the lymph system around your body & push metabolic waste or toxins through your lymphatic system & into your kidneys & liver to be excreted – this is especially important if you have poor circulation.
Our expert massage therapists also offer prenatal massage. Any mama can attest that there’s typically a significant amount of pressure & tension during pregnancy on your pelvic & back muscles. Prenatal massage can be very beneficial in alleviating this mama-specific tension!
