Meet Danielle
Danielle Dhalin is a graduate from the masters of clinical nutrition program at ETSU. A lifelong interest in science coupled with a passion for nutrition led her to ETSU to complete her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition and become a Registered Dietitian.
Her personal mission is to help her clients practice self-compassion and self-kindness while they explore and repair their relationships with food. She helps clients identify realistic and sustainable actions to help them reach their nutrition and health goals through evidence-based and goal-oriented guidance.
Danielle’s nutrition approach is grounded in compassion and is tailored to each individual’s goals, values, lifestyle, and unique nutritional needs. She is also passionate about helping women find peace with food and believes that eating should be pleasurable and strives to help her clients release the anxiety, shame, and guilt that often surrounds eating and often associate it with food and eating to one of satisfaction, connection, and enjoyment. Danielle’s specialties include diabetes, kidney disease, GI disorders and weight loss.
When she’s not working with clients at Heal U she and her husband are enjoying the views of beautiful East TN, loving on their four fur babies (two Great Pyrenees and two cats). In addition Danielle enjoys moving her body and loves a wide variety of exercises such as yoga, weight training, running, pilates, and cardio.
